English Derby Porcelain Duesbury Period 18th Century Cup & Saucer Set


Some wear to decoration at edges (rims)of both pieces at the gold area, a few fleabite nicks to bottom rim of cup

Backstamp:
crown, crossed swords, dots and ‘D’ in puce enamel:
adopted during the management of William Duesbury II from about 1784. Referred to as the "Duesbury Period". The mark, as shown, was continued in use by Robert Bloor until circa. 1820.
In puce color as this one is dates the cup to be circa 1782-1800.

Measurements:
Saucer plate 5 1/4" diam
Cup stands approx 3" tall
