Each vase is beautifully decorated with a hand-painted composition of songbirds perched amongst winding flowering blossom branches. The palette utilizes elegant, grounding tones of iron-red, ochre yellow, and dark brown lines set against a clean white glaze backdrop.

The necks are flanked by sculpted, elegant pomegranate handles, a classic emblem of fertility, prosperity, and a long lineage of offspring because of its abundance of seeds. Each finished in a bright gold gilt with matching hexagonal bases bordered by geometric, interlocking stylized knots and gold trim.
