A beautiful tea set for two includes the pot with saucer going underneath and two cups. The set is reminiscent of a Japanese service for two with the cups not having handles. Decorated with a gold design called Romance in Major, he pattern is also known as Rosenthal Continental Romance, designed by Bjorn Wiinblad for Rosenthal Germany first introduced in 1960 and was popular until 1980. The set has a definite MCM vibe with its white ground and simple gold decoration, very elegant!
