A beautiful and rare porcelain half doll produced by Dressel Kister executed in the manor of a French 1700s woman and made for the French market. She has her arms fully outstretched as in a middle of a dance pose, she has the unmistakable combed hair method first used and nearly exclusively done by Kister. She has very delicate and intricate hand painted features and the large colored plume in her hair. This doll is fashioned onto a lamp base with the lamp shade having antique silk type fabric.
