MCM Gustavsberg Benporslin Swedish Coffee Set by Stig Lindberg 12pc

An exquisite and rare complete coffee serving set by Gustavsberg Sweden and designed by Stig Lindberg circa 1950. The set consists of the coffee pot with lid, open creamer and sugar, as well as, four cups and saucers. Atrue to form midcentury modern set with straight lines and smooth texture, cast and glazed white all over, the small coffee-pot of flared cone shape with wide loop handle, the handleless cream jug with raised flange opposite the spout to to provide a grip. A magnificent complete set, you can see a similar example housed in the British Museum **Link provided below.
