Painting on Porcelain Plaque Marriage A La Mode After Wlmm Hogarth 19th Century

A wonderfully executed and detailed hand painted Porcelain Plaque with a humorous scenic image titled "Marriage A La Mode" After William Hogarth. The comical satire pokes fun at the "marrying for money" scenario, image is marked "flat 2", probably in reference to Hogarth's scene 2 part of 6 images depicting different parts of this title. Image is extremely well done, definitely a skilled hand, porcelain is unmarked, attributed to an English artist in the late 19th century.
