During the Victorian era a common staple used at the dinner table was condensed milk. To keep this original container out of sight, it was kept in beautifully decorated containers, this stunning and delicate RS Prussia porcelain condensed can holder features soft, pink roses with green foliage on a white and blended cream background, highlighted with flashes of purple and pale yellow with a touch of teal behind the flowers. The striking gold tone trim on the ruffled rim of the container, lid, two handles and curled finial, adds an extra touch of elegance.
