Beautiful pair of hand painted candlestick holders in creamy white porcelain decorated with the most intricate and gorgeous display of purple blue and lavender violets around the entire pair. Both are further trimmed in gold along the edge and the the top with gold etched flowers. The set is also artist signed "M.Perl", Minnie Perl, an early Chicago artist during the turn of the century.

Condition: Excellent, no chips, nicks, crazing or cracks. Minimal wear to decoration, some gilt gold wear to top edge of one candlestick and one candlestick has a small rough spot on the porcelain that was painted over at the time of the decoration, so original to the porcelain.
