A classic Art Deco Metal Mesh Purse by Whiting & Davis with the mark inside the filigree brass frame. The bottom "fringe" of the purse is double layered. There is no liner inside. Clasp works fine, and someone had their initials added just below "LM".
Measuring 7 1/4" x 5 1/2" (without handle).
Beautiful colors of orange red, blue background with yellow flowers on green stems.

Excellent Condition: Enameling is intact, we see only one center flower that has missing enamel on the last row of the bag, and the gold frame shows very limited wear at the edges.
