Wedgwood Demitasse Cup & Saucer Set of Five Hand Painted Enamel Flower Trellis Birds 1870-1900

A wonderful set of matching Wedgwood demitasse cups and saucers with hand painted birds, flowers, and oversize leaves all enameled decoration over a black and white trellis type background and an interior green band against bone china.

Includes: 5 cups and saucers

Circa 1872-1898

Backstamp:
WEDGWOOD in block letter form impressed, also remnants of a black ink backstamp, A6022 in blue listing the pattern number and the "A" stands for the letter assigned for dates of production according to Wedgwood A was used in 1872 and again in 1898.

Condition:
One cup has a flat surface chip that has resulted in a light crack, photo closeup last image
