A wonderful large antique continental porcelain hand painted basket with figural cherub or putti surrounded by stylized porcelain flowers and leaves, beautiful Victorian period decor with a Rococo flair, circa 1880-1900.
Marked on bottom with "H" in blue underglaze, impressed with numbers and X on edge
Measures: Basket measures 9 1/2" wide and 8 1/4" tall
Condition:
Basket is excellent with no chips, cracks, or repairs, flowers and leaves show minimal wear, we note only a a few tiny flakes to the edges of the leaves
