FRENCH Limoges Enamel Foil Over COPPER Miniature Portrait VASE Hand Decorated Artist Signed Vena

A beautiful Art Nouveau period enamel and foil hand decorated over copper bud vase shows a lovely young woman playing a panspipe or pan's flute in the forest, she is draped in flowing multi-color gowns with flowers in her hair, standing amongst a stunning pink sky and green lush trees with flowers. Base is colored emerald green with etched flowers. Possibly a model of Pan's mother Dryope or Penelope the wood nymphs calling for Pan in the woods. Attributed to Limoges

Measures: approx 4 3/4" tall

Condition:
Some wear to the enamel at very top rim edge and a few spots directly below on back side, some surface craquelure on bottom green area below the signature, photos are given to show areas of wear, the craquelure to the green base is very hard to see unless held in certain light.
