Heubach Bisque Statue Peasant Woman Holding Jug

A lovely Victorian parlor statue by Gebruder Heubach, bisque figure of a girl standing on a tree stump holding a water jug in her arm. The lovely beauty has delicate painted features, blue eyes and blonde hair. Her hair is covered in a handkerchief, she wears a peasant type dress with a blue scroll blouse and a pale yellow skirt covered with an apron she holds in her other hands. Exquisite detail and quality.

Measures: 12" tall

Pencil inscription on the interior indicating it as a wedding gift Jan 10th 1881

Circa: 1880's

Condition: Excellent, no chips, cracks, nicks, or hairlines.
