A beautiful and monumental sized Art Deco period porcelain half doll Flapper Pierrot or Pierrette girl by Dressel & Kister, with arms fashioned away brought back and clasped together as if in prayer as she gazes above. She has lovely hand painted features with lavender eyes and a black skull cap over brown tendrils of hair. She sits upon her leg stand adding to her loveliness as her little golden tipped shoes peek out from the bottom, the leg stand is a French production and fits her perfectly. She is fashioned in a lovely Deco style dress over her pin cushion. An amazing and rare find in this size and condition!
Leg stand marked "Paris France GM" in green, we guarantee this a Dressel & Kister doll and chose not to remove her beautiful sewn fabric to show the mark.
Condition: Doll is in excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs, leg stand has a very tiny nick at edge (photo 9) and some slight wear to her gold tipped shoes otherwise fine
