1903 Antique Christmas Calendar Die Cut Artist Ellen Clapsaddle Children with Holly Framed

A wonderful and rare antique Christmas calendar by artist Ellen Clapsaddle dated and Titled "Christmas Echoes" "Calendar for 1903". This is a hanging calendar tied with silk ribbon showing little girls holding hymn books singing together with a poem near their images. They are surrounded by little leaves of holly and each month of the year. Set in a gold painted carved scroll frame with a burnt orange velvet background. A lovely and adorable piece ready for display!

Back has framing label from Brown Custom framing Champaign Illinois.
Measures in frame 12" x 20"

Condition: Overall VG there is dark line on the right girl that looks to be a print mark original to the manufacturer, we note two leaves with some creasing at edges. We did not remove it from its frame for inspection to avoid the risk of damaging the old paper.
