RARE Blue Stippled Imperial Carnival Glass Open Rose Lustre Rose Collar Based Bowl

A stunningly beautiful Imperial Carnival Glass in Open Rose or sometimes called Lustre Rose #489, collar based bowl in the harder to find blue color. The Bowl has the stippling all over the surface which reflects the light and enhances the Iridescence. Gorgeous piece with the open rose carved into the bottom and sides, along with the daisy flower in panels along the exterior, and a pie crust rim. The blue color is strong in light.
