Cataloged by collectors as the "Star Flower" pattern (also widely known as "US Scroll" or "Pinwheel"), this is an exceptionally hard-to-find (HTF) pattern that rarely surfaces on the market.

The Design:
The plate features an intricate, whimsical center motif of swirling, flowing tendrils that mimic a stylized flower or pinwheel, beautifully framed by soft vertical paneling along the outer rim.
