NOTE: Originally Pickard China imported European china blanks from France and Bavaria. These imported blanks were then hand painted in Chicago at the Pickard China Company. When imported porcelain blanks were used the Pickard Mark and the blank manufacturers mark should both be present on the item. Thus identifying earlier pieces from the latter works.
