Nelson McCoy Ceramic Pottery Green Buccaneer Pirate Tankard Pitcher

A fun buccaneer pirate themed tankard pitcher in forest green by Nelson McCoy produced in the late 1920s during Prohibition. The tankard has a trunk like exterior with wide handle like a mug, having a pirate type man on each side. Marked on the bottom with the "6" in a triangle. The pitcher alone weighs nearly 4 lbs making a sturdy beer holder.
