This EAPG Beatty Glass Admiral Dewey Gridley Rose Pitcher is a 1920's version of a commemorative piece. Crafted from pressed glass, it features a bust of a soldier with the US flag, the American Eagle and a shield under the spout, and a famous quote to celebrate the win of Manila Bar during the Spanish-American War. The top edge is beaded while the bottom edge features bullets, and the list of his ships is inscribed on the side.
