Antique German Porcelain Cake Plate Purple Flower Decoration

a lovely antique vintage late 19th to early 20th century Victorian period German porcelain cake plate with a molded design of leaf and scroll work along the rim area and a geometric point design in the center, further decorated with purple lavender violet type flowers and green stem work against a white ground, pierced handles on each side and a scalloped rim, the bottom has a raised ring, unmarked, attributed to Carl Tielsch Co., the raised ring is consistent with many of his marked pieces. This could have been a piece acquired by one of the factory decorators and therefore why it was left unmarked.
