An early English Gaudy Welsh dessert plate produced in the early 19th century, circa 1830s. The plate is decorated in the popular Oyster Pattern with strong colors, unmarked, as were most pieces of Gaudy Welsh, quite probably Staffordshire.

Condition: No Chips, Cracks, or Repairs, plate has a couple of very tiny "dings" to center where the ironstone is shown through, a closeup has been provided.
