Royal Worcester Ewer Pitcher Flat Back Creamer Gold Gilding Blush Ivory Rare Blue Flowers Apricot Wash

Wonderful antique Royal Worcester flat back pitcher creamer jug in blush ivory with hand painted flower decoration. This gorgeous piece is all hand decorated with bright orange, blue, purple and yellow flowers with grassy greens sprouting around the blooms. The rim at the top of the spout and the bottom raised base are both highlighted in gold gilt with a touch of the gold added to the handle that is a washed in apricot, the blue flowers, the added floral spray at the neck, the gold trim and apricot spray (used for an aged look) are all added touches by the artist to make this pitcher stand out and were not typical qualities to all the pitchers. A truly outstanding piece of English porcelain in near museum quality.

Royal Worcester Mark on bottom, RdNo 29115, 1094, FH initials for artist, an embossed #15 on edge of bottom rim, and what we think is a Y indicating the year of execution to be 1887.
