Royal Worcester English Porcelain Pitcher Hand Painted Floral Decor North Wind Face Spout Circa 1887

A wonderful Royal Worcester face spout, North Wind pitcher with hand decorated flowers in a multitude of autumn colors against a light cream ground. The vase is further highlighted with red and gold tones through the handle, a lovely example of Worcester English Porcelain.

Puce Mark, Y indicates an 1887 production, also marked with original sticker from MW Beveridge, a Washington DC high end retailer at the turn of the century, initials in red of artist on bottom to left

Measures : approx 12" Tall, (11 7/8"), 30.48 cm

Condition:
NO chips, cracks. Pitcher shows some wear to gold on top rim, we have had the rim re-gilded with gold trim as evident in the closeup pictures of the top of pitcher (pictures 1.2.6.7.8.9. show the new gold gilt trim)
